What is Supercheques?

An exclusive product from Grass Roots, Supercheques is a reward currency that can be redeemed for the largest choice of vouchers covering major lifestyle brands, dining, experience and travel vouchers.

What can Supercheques be used for?

Supercheques is an efficient and effective way to motivate people. It can be used to reward your employees, your channel and distribution partners and your consumers

What denominations are Supercheques available in?

These are available in denominations of Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- and multiples of these denominations can be availed if required

How do I order Supercheques?

Can the Supercheques be cancelled or refunded?

Supercheques cannot be refunded. If for any security reason the Supercheques are misplaced or stolen we will cancel all unused Supercheques in the same consignment. New Supercheques will be issued in place of the cancelled unused Supercheques. We regret the inconvenience caused, but we would rather hear from you through our Customer Services team than risk giving somebody else your vouchers.

What is the expiry date of the Supercheques?

The validity of the Supercheques is mentioned along with the unique ID and is dependent upon terms contracted for the client program.

How does Supercheques work?

Your Supercheque will contain a unique ID. Insert the unique id on the website to know the stored value of the Supercheques. You can use your Supercheques individually or combine multiple Supercheques together. These can be used to redeem vouchers on the website www.supercheques.in. Browse through our voucher catalogue to make your selection. Complete the order process by adding to cart and providing your name and email address. The selected voucher will be delivered to the shipping address provided in the order form with relevant instructions for its use.

How long do I have to wait for my vouchers?

Our standard terms are to dispatch an order within 72 hours of receipt. Occasionally delays may occur in the postal system - generally during times of dispute or increased seasonal demand. Don't forget you can use our tracking system to see if your vouchers have been dispatched.

I have more than one Supercheques to redeem or I want to redeem multiple Supercheques together?

Simply enter the unique ID number of the first Supercheques and click on 'redeem' to get started. When you arrive at the next screen you will be able to input the unique ID of the next Supercheques, keep repeating until you have added them all. Once you have entered all of your Supercheques, click on 'Go Shop' to start spending.

Once I have redeemed my Supercheques, can I use my vouchers on the retailer's website?

All vouchers are redeemable at their retailer's physical outlets, online usage of vouchers depends on the retailer. Some retailers provide vouchers with a unique reference number to use on their online shopping sites; Kindly refer the terms and conditions given with each voucher on the Supercheques website.

What happens if I lose my Supercheques or vouchers?

Supercheques and vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be cancelled or replaced if lost or stolen.

What is the expiry date of the vouchers?

Vouchers have a minimum validity of three months. Expiry dates of vouchers may vary between three to twelve months depending upon the retailer. You can refer to the Terms and conditions mentioned with each voucher.

Can I extend the validity date of my Supercheques / Voucher if it has expired?

Once the Supercheques / vouchers have been issued the validity period cannot be extended.

Can the voucher be cancelled or refunded?

Vouchers cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.

Will the retail vouchers that I receive be personalized?

The vouchers that you receive does not have your name or any other personal details on them. They can be utilized for your personal use or gifted to someone if you wish.

What should I do if I do not receive a voucher?

Why can't I redeem my Supercheques?

Our system is highly sensitive to stop anyone fraudulently claiming your Supercheques as their own so please check the following:

1. That you have input the right numbers in the right area (see illustration on home page)

2. Some sponsor companies operate a number of different programs and you could be the recipient of Supercheques from more than one. If you have successfully redeemed some of your Supercheques and not others - try redeeming as many as you can, log off and start again or try using an alternate browser with the ones that have previously been rejected. If this does not work - please contact us

3. Supercheques do have an expiry date therefore if our system thinks your Supercheque belongs to a program that has expired it will reject them - if you can see that the expiry date has not yet been reached then please contact us.

4. The security of your Supercheques is very important to us, so if some ranges of Supercheques are misplaced or stolen we will cancel all unused Supercheques in the same consignment. New Supercheques will be issued in place of the cancelled unused Supercheques. We appreciate that this is inconvenient to you, but we would rather hear from you through our Customer Services team than risk giving somebody else your vouchers.
